GENERAL GUIDELINES


1. Designated Parking Areas: 
   - Park only in designated areas assigned for the carnival. Follow all signs and directions from parking attendants.
   - Unauthorized parking in restricted areas, such as emergency lanes, private properties, or non-designated spaces, is prohibited.
2. Parking Passes: 
   - If a parking pass is required, ensure it is displayed prominently on your vehicle’s dashboard or as directed.
   - Obtain your parking pass ahead of time if possible to avoid delays.
3. Arrival Time: 
   - Arrive early to secure a parking spot and to allow enough time to get to the carnival entrance.
   - Be prepared for potential delays and traffic congestion.
 

SAFETY AND SECURITY
1. Pedestrian Safety
   - Drive slowly and cautiously within the parking areas to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
   - Yield to pedestrians at all times.
2. Vehicle Security
   - Lock your vehicle and take your valuables with you. The carnival organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
   - Do not leave any animals or children unattended in your vehicle.
3. Lighting and Visibility
   - Park in well-lit areas if attending the carnival during evening hours.
  - Use your headlights when entering and exiting the parking area, especially during low visibility conditions.

 ACCESSIBILITY
1. Accessible Parking
   - Accessible parking spaces are reserved for vehicles with a valid disabled parking permit.
   - Display your permit clearly and park in designated accessible parking spaces only.
2. Shuttle Services
   - Utilize shuttle services if provided, especially if parking is far from the carnival site.
   - Check the carnival information for shuttle service schedules and pick-up/drop-off points.


 PROHIBITED ACTIONS
1. Blocking Access
   - Do not block driveways, fire lanes, or emergency exits.
   - Ensure your vehicle does not obstruct traffic flow or access for other vehicles and emergency services.
2. Overnight Parking
   - Overnight parking is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the carnival organizers.
   - Vehicles left overnight without authorization may be towed at the owner's expense.
3. Alcohol and Substance Use
   - Consumption of alcohol or use of illegal substances in the parking areas is strictly prohibited.
   - Violators will be reported to security and may face removal from the premises.


ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCE
1. Follow Instructions
   - Follow all instructions from parking attendants, security personnel, and carnival staff.
   - Compliance with parking rules ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
2. Towing and Penalties
   - Vehicles parked in violation of these rules may be towed at the owner’s expense.
   - Repeated violations may result in penalties, including denial of entry to future carnival events.

1. Assistance and Reporting
   - If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact parking attendants or security personnel immediately.
   - Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the authorities.
